Whatever platform you choose, we estimate that someone with no experience can get a respectable website up and running in around 15 hours give or take. Of course, it all depends on your computer experience, what platform you choose, whether or not you already have a domain name registered, if you have a color scheme picked out, and a logo, and high quality graphics and images ready to go. A truly custom website from a veritable, local development firm can cost thousands of dollars. You just can’t be sure if you are getting your money's worth. There are cheaper options you could always take a look on Fivrr or Upwork and find someone (likely offshore) who promises a 5 page website with next day delivery for just $150, but you know that the website you get will probably be a pre-built template that they copy and paste for each customer.
